About Us

ESSIVE  are one of  two teams who carry out paranormal investigations for PICOUK (www.paranormalinvestigators.co.uk). Unlike the other team (Derwent Paranormal), ESSIVE have a more open membership and make every effort to make the investigations entertaining for our clients, who we encourage to stay with us throughout the night. By having our clients as active members of the team we feel that we have independent witnesses who can validate our experiences and findings and help prove that no fraud has been committed. Even though we have guests who are technically out of our control, every precaution is taken to maintain the high standards demanded by PICOUK.

Although we were initially sceptical about this type of approach to overnight vigils, we have during trials experienced some very interesting results as well as very positive feedback from our clients. This in turn has led to further possible investigations both at the same locations as well as others due to word of mouth by our clients.
